First, we ask you a series of 60 questions to help identify areas of mental fitness that you may be struggling with. This initial step provides us with a solid foundation to begin our coaching sessions.
From there, we can gradually progress over 12 weeks, working together to enhance your understanding and skills in order to achieve your goals.
As we continue to delve deeper into your mental fitness journey, we will explore new strategies and techniques to further support your mental resilience and improve your mental health and stress tolerance. This will help you to lead a more fulfilling life and achieve greater overall well-being.

Who is My mental fitness plan for

My Mental Fitness Plan is designed for anyone who wants to enhance their overall well-being, develop self-awareness, and improve their mental health. However, we advise that if you're dealing with issues such as abuse, long-term depression, PTSD, and traumas that have a significant impact on your mental health, please reach out to us for counseling. Although we use the same approach, the support we offer is slower and allows more time to process the emotional and physical pain. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their mental health and well-being, and we are here to help you every step of the way.
