Community mental fitness empowerment

Workshops | Training | Projects | Support | Counselling

1 in 4 people experience mental ill-health at some point in their lives. That's why the right support needs to be available to allow those with poor mental health to get back to being their best selves. By having the right tools, individuals can better manage their conditions or even overcome them.

What do we

We work closely with the community to develop understanding and awareness through the foundations of mental fitness.

Our goal is to empower everyone to prioritise their mental well-being and equip them with the tools and knowledge to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Through our collaboration, we strive to create a supportive environment where everyone can openly discuss and address mental health challenges without fear of judgment or stigma.

Together, we work towards building a more resilient and mentally healthy community for all.

how do we do it

We aim for our community support to resemble a gym, offering various mental exercises to challenge and strengthen.

These exercises are simple and accessible, suitable for all ages and backgrounds. By engaging regularly, everyone can enhance their mental fitness and gain skills to tackle life's obstacles with confidence.

The mental fitness gym provides a variety of resources, to help develop self-awareness and emotional regulation for improved mental well-being.

In essence, the mental fitness gym is a supportive environment where we empower and focus on mental health, creating a sense of community and working towards building resilience.
