We collaborate with nonprofits, like CICs and charities, to create evidence-based support and interventions.
We believe mental health isn’t just a clinical issue, it’s a community issue. Using the knowledge of professionals across different fields, researchers, and lived experiences of the community, we support with evidence-based programs tailored to the needs of real people in real places.
asy to use and understand. No jargon.
Small, realistic, basic steps.
Puts people in control of their well-being.
Designed to last. Mental fitness becomes part of daily life.
We partner with a wide range of community groups and organisations to enhance their existing work, co-create tailored solutions, and generate measurable outcomes.
Our approach is rooted in trust, collaboration, and shared learning, supporting partners to grow in confidence, sustainability, and local impact.
By weaving mental fitness principles into everyday settings, from youth spaces to cultural centres, we make wellbeing part of ordinary life.
This helps create supportive, stigma-free environments where communities can connect, thrive, and build long-term resilience together.
Through our programs, we use 5 steps to work with you to develop them.
Discover
We begin by listening, drawing on lived experience, local insight, and up-to-date mental health research to shape meaningful support.
Co-Create
Programmes are developed with communities, using what we’ve learned to shape support that’s culturally relevant, inclusive, and genuinely useful. Research informs our framework; real voices shape the detail.
Deliver
We deliver support in familiar, welcoming spaces, using practical tools, engaging, and easy to apply in daily life. Sessions are accessible, strengths-based, and focused on small, achievable steps.
Reflect & Refine
We evaluate what works, drawing on feedback, outcomes, and ongoing research to adapt and improve. Our work stays responsive, evidence-informed, and grounded in what truly makes a difference.
We take a practical, community-focused approach to research. Our work is informed by lived experience, guided by academic principles, and shaped through collaboration with partners on the ground.
We use a mix of tools, conversations, surveys, feedback forms, and observation to understand what’s working and where change is needed. Our reports combine real-world stories with measurable outcomes, giving us insight into both emotional and practical impact.
We share our findings openly to help improve practice, influence policy, and give voice to the people and places often overlooked in traditional research.
